El Castillo Karlštejn

Hay dos cosas en la República Checa que me hacen sentir como si estuviera en un cuento de hadas, en un sueño. Dos maravillas que dan placer al verlas: El Castillo de Praga por la noche (Pražský hrad) y el Karlštejn. Imperdible, a 40 minutos de Praga en tren y el ticket hasta allí muy barato, buenos restaurantes, lindo pueblito a los pies del castillo, un salón con las joyas de la corona, etc, etc...

There are two things in Czech Republic which make me feel like in a fairy tales, like in a dream. I feel pleasure when I look these two wonderfull places: The Prague Castle at night and The Karlštejn Castle. In one word: "Obligation", you must to go to see it :-) It takes just 40 minutes from Prague by train and tickets are very cheap, there are a lot good restaurants (I recomend this one: http://www.poddraciskalou.eu/ ), also the village below the castle is beautiful, and others things that you can not imagine like a room covered with golden and crowns jewels!, etc... etc...   

Este castillo está al sur poniente de Praga, a unos 30 km. Se puede llegar a él también fácilmente en bicicleta, son unas 3 horas, pasando por la orilla primero del río Vltava y luego del Beroun.

This castle is ubicated at south west of Prague, about 30 km. It is easy to get there by bike, it takes about 3 hours to go by the Vltava river border and then by the Beroun.

Cómo lo mencioné arriba, es súper fácil llegar al Karlštejn, la estación de tren con el mismo nombre, está a unos 2km del castillo, y se sube hasta él cruzando el pequeño pero pintoresco pueblito...

As I wrote above, It is very easy to get there. The train station has the same name of the castle and is about 2km from the castle, and you have to walk up through a little nice village, such a good trip!...

A la vista más linda del Karlštejn se llega por un camino "oculto", sólo conocido por checos... pero como soy buena onda lo voy a dibujar aquí :-)

To see the most beautiful view, you can get there by a hidden way, only known by czech people... but as I am such a nice girl, I am going to show you...

Por dentro también es muy bonito, hay guías en varios los idiomas. Es el segundo castillo en importancia luego del castillo de Praga. Se comenzó a construir en el 1.300dc y tiene una habitación revestida con oro y piedras preciosas!!! yo todavía no la conozco :-( pero entonces tengo la excusa perfecta para volver a visitarlo jijijijiji

The interiors of the castle are very pretty too. There are guides for differents languages. This is the second castle most important in the CZE after Prague Castle... It was started to build on 1.300ac and there is a room covered with gold and gemstones, I have never been there yet! :-( ... but now I have a new perfect excuse to come back to visit it jijijijij

Las ruinas del castillo Zvířetice

Las ruinas del castillo Zvířetice son súper poco conocidas, de hecho Vasek nunca me las había mencionado. Las encontré en internet buscando "Cesky Hrad" (castillos checos)... También, al igual que Bezdez son castillos construidos desde el año 1.200dc.
Zvířetice castle´s ruins is a very unknow place, actually, Vasek never talked about it. I found this place in internet, searching "Cesky Hrad" (Czech castles)... And as Bezdez castle, Zvířetice was built in 1.200.

El trayecto que hicimos hasta Zvířetice fue el siguiente: Praha Hlavní Nadrazí - Mlada Boleslav con tren y Mlada Boleslav con bicicleta (1,20hrs). El camino en bici es hermoso y fácil, un placer... pero se puede ir desde Praga hasta la estación de tren Bakov nad Jizerou que está a menos de 1km de las ruinas...
Our journey started in the train station Hlavní Nadrazí. We took a train to Mlada Boleslav, and from that station we went to Zvířetice by bike (1,20hours). The journey was amazing, beautiful places, fields, bike by the river border... I loved it!!!... but if you are not going by bike you can take a train direct from Prague to the Zvířetice station called Bakov nad Jizerou (and it is about 1km to the ruins)

En ese lugar se puede hacer un "asado", hay una especie de hoyo para hacer fogatas :-), nosotros llevábamos unos baguets y fruta porque no teníamos tiempo para almorzar en algún restaurant... pero en el pueblito del mismo nombre hay un restaurant de no sé que calidad...
It is great that there you can make a barbecue there because there is a hole to make fire :-)... we ate sandwichs and fruits, we didn´t go to any restaurant to have lunch, we hadn´t enough time to do it.... in any case, in the little village, below the hill there is one restaurant, but I can´t recomend it, because I´ve never been there... 

Es muy agrabable que casi no anda nadie... durante el rato que estuvimos vimos a un par de ciclistas, y después llegaron unos scouts... creo que hasta se puede acampar ahí... debe ser interesante... quizás lo probamos más al verano :-)

It was nice that we were there alone for a long time... but we saw some cyclists and boyscouts. Vasek said that is possible to camp there, must to be interesting, I think that we will try it on summer time ;-)
