El Castillo Kokořín

El Castillo Kokořín está ubicado al norte de Praga, a unos 60km. Van hasta allá autobuses pero no hay estaciones de trenes cerca.
Nosotros estuvimos allí hace dos años en otoño, en ese entonces no andábamos en bicicleta, sino a patita... en todo caso estos paseos, ya sea en bici o a pie son buenísimos y re-entretenidos.
Este castillo también se conserva muy bien, no recuerdo bien lo que dijo la guía acerca de su historia, pero siempre estuvo en manos de familias alemanas con dinero que lo han cuidado y restaurado. Más información pueden encontrar aquí...



Si mal no recuerdo, llegamos a la estación Mšeno, almorzamos en un restaurant X de estos típicos de pueblo que tienen comidas checas y olor a cigarro :-S jijijiji, pero luego tomamos la ruta turística verde, muy fácil y bonita: 

Al comienzo se va a través de campos y luego de bosques, para mí fue ideal ir en otoño, cuando las hojas toman diferentes colores y los caminos son como alfombras crujientes! Fue una linda caminata...

Cómo para llegar a la mayoría de los castillos hay que subir un poco, pero el camino no era difícil y la entrada es gratis... si quieres ir con un grupo con guía se tiene que pagar una entrada. El recorrido es muy interesante y los interiores están muy bien conservados...

El Castillo Karlštejn

Hay dos cosas en la República Checa que me hacen sentir como si estuviera en un cuento de hadas, en un sueño. Dos maravillas que dan placer al verlas: El Castillo de Praga por la noche (Pražský hrad) y el Karlštejn. Imperdible, a 40 minutos de Praga en tren y el ticket hasta allí muy barato, buenos restaurantes, lindo pueblito a los pies del castillo, un salón con las joyas de la corona, etc, etc...

There are two things in Czech Republic which make me feel like in a fairy tales, like in a dream. I feel pleasure when I look these two wonderfull places: The Prague Castle at night and The Karlštejn Castle. In one word: "Obligation", you must to go to see it :-) It takes just 40 minutes from Prague by train and tickets are very cheap, there are a lot good restaurants (I recomend this one: http://www.poddraciskalou.eu/ ), also the village below the castle is beautiful, and others things that you can not imagine like a room covered with golden and crowns jewels!, etc... etc...   

Este castillo está al sur poniente de Praga, a unos 30 km. Se puede llegar a él también fácilmente en bicicleta, son unas 3 horas, pasando por la orilla primero del río Vltava y luego del Beroun.

This castle is ubicated at south west of Prague, about 30 km. It is easy to get there by bike, it takes about 3 hours to go by the Vltava river border and then by the Beroun.

Cómo lo mencioné arriba, es súper fácil llegar al Karlštejn, la estación de tren con el mismo nombre, está a unos 2km del castillo, y se sube hasta él cruzando el pequeño pero pintoresco pueblito...

As I wrote above, It is very easy to get there. The train station has the same name of the castle and is about 2km from the castle, and you have to walk up through a little nice village, such a good trip!...

A la vista más linda del Karlštejn se llega por un camino "oculto", sólo conocido por checos... pero como soy buena onda lo voy a dibujar aquí :-)

To see the most beautiful view, you can get there by a hidden way, only known by czech people... but as I am such a nice girl, I am going to show you...

Por dentro también es muy bonito, hay guías en varios los idiomas. Es el segundo castillo en importancia luego del castillo de Praga. Se comenzó a construir en el 1.300dc y tiene una habitación revestida con oro y piedras preciosas!!! yo todavía no la conozco :-( pero entonces tengo la excusa perfecta para volver a visitarlo jijijijiji

The interiors of the castle are very pretty too. There are guides for differents languages. This is the second castle most important in the CZE after Prague Castle... It was started to build on 1.300ac and there is a room covered with gold and gemstones, I have never been there yet! :-( ... but now I have a new perfect excuse to come back to visit it jijijijij

Las ruinas del castillo Zvířetice

Las ruinas del castillo Zvířetice son súper poco conocidas, de hecho Vasek nunca me las había mencionado. Las encontré en internet buscando "Cesky Hrad" (castillos checos)... También, al igual que Bezdez son castillos construidos desde el año 1.200dc.
Zvířetice castle´s ruins is a very unknow place, actually, Vasek never talked about it. I found this place in internet, searching "Cesky Hrad" (Czech castles)... And as Bezdez castle, Zvířetice was built in 1.200.

El trayecto que hicimos hasta Zvířetice fue el siguiente: Praha Hlavní Nadrazí - Mlada Boleslav con tren y Mlada Boleslav con bicicleta (1,20hrs). El camino en bici es hermoso y fácil, un placer... pero se puede ir desde Praga hasta la estación de tren Bakov nad Jizerou que está a menos de 1km de las ruinas...
Our journey started in the train station Hlavní Nadrazí. We took a train to Mlada Boleslav, and from that station we went to Zvířetice by bike (1,20hours). The journey was amazing, beautiful places, fields, bike by the river border... I loved it!!!... but if you are not going by bike you can take a train direct from Prague to the Zvířetice station called Bakov nad Jizerou (and it is about 1km to the ruins)

En ese lugar se puede hacer un "asado", hay una especie de hoyo para hacer fogatas :-), nosotros llevábamos unos baguets y fruta porque no teníamos tiempo para almorzar en algún restaurant... pero en el pueblito del mismo nombre hay un restaurant de no sé que calidad...
It is great that there you can make a barbecue there because there is a hole to make fire :-)... we ate sandwichs and fruits, we didn´t go to any restaurant to have lunch, we hadn´t enough time to do it.... in any case, in the little village, below the hill there is one restaurant, but I can´t recomend it, because I´ve never been there... 

Es muy agrabable que casi no anda nadie... durante el rato que estuvimos vimos a un par de ciclistas, y después llegaron unos scouts... creo que hasta se puede acampar ahí... debe ser interesante... quizás lo probamos más al verano :-)

It was nice that we were there alone for a long time... but we saw some cyclists and boyscouts. Vasek said that is possible to camp there, must to be interesting, I think that we will try it on summer time ;-)

El Castillo Bezděz

Bezděz es un pueblo que está al nororiente de Praga, a unos 50 km.

Se puede llegar fácilmente en tren es una hora y media de viaje aproximadamente.

Bezděz is a village at the northeast of Prague, about 50km.

It is easy to get there by train, it is one hour and half more or less.

Con Vasek hemos ido 3 veces... la primera vez hicimos un trekking desde Bělá pod Bezdězem, no me acuerdo cuantas horas fueron pero mínimo tres. Almorzamos en un restaurant de esa ciudad y luego nos fuimos por un camino entre bosques y campos... llegamos agotados a los pies del cerro, entonces no subimos hasta al castillo...

We have been there three times... The first time we did trek from Bělá pod Bezdězem,

I don´t remember exactly how many hours we spend walking, but around three. We had lunch in some restaurant in that little town and after that, we walked through forests and fields... finally we got there so tired, we weren´t able to go up that hill to the castle...

La segunda vez fuimos en tren, la estación está a unos 4 km del castillo. Antes de subir el cerro hay buenos restaurantes, pero ahora creo que es mejor ir en la mañana y almorzar después de bajar. La subida hasta el castillo es un poco difícil si no estás en buena condición física...

The second ocasion we went there by train. The station is about 4km from the castle. Below the hill there are a lots of good restaurants, but I am sure that is better go up the hill early in the morning and to have lunch after visiting the castle. Go up to the castle is a little hard if you don´t have a good physical condition...

La entrada para estudiantes (jejeje) vale 40 korunas, está abierto hasta las 16.30hrs. Lo bueno es que hacen un pequeño recorrido con un guía por los principales lugares (en checo) bastante interesante...

The student ticket is 40 crowns and the place is open until 16.30hrs. There is a little tour with a guide to the most important historical places, quite interesting :-)

Así se ve la subida, con "escaleras" de piedra... es mejor dejar las bicis o los coches abajo...

Nuestra última visita ahí fue el fin de semana pasado... fuimos desde Mladá Boleslav, pasamos por Zvíretice que es otro castillo que está en ruinas y que no se conservó tan bien como el Bezděz a pesar que eran de la misma época, y luego de Zvíretice nos fuimos a Bezděz, fueron como 35km en total, pero con subidas y bajadas cansadoras... 

Stairs are made with stones, and they look like this picture... is better to leave bikes and cars in the parking place... 

Our last visit there was the last weekend... We came from Mladá Boleslav, but first we visited Zvíretice, other old ruined castle. There are 35km from Mladá Bolesla to Bezděz, but the journey was quite hard (by bike) because there are a lot of hills to cross...

La vista desde la torre mayor es increíble, maravillosa... sobre todo ahora en primavera... y también en otoño debe de serlo... (en invierno la mayoría de los castillo están cerrados al público...)...

The view from the mayor tower is extraordinary... I think that the best time to go to Bezděz is in spring and also in autum should be... (in winter almost every castles are closed).... 

Notas: Los baños que hay arriba son del estilo toi toi, entonces mejor pasar a un restaurant antes... tampoco venden comida arriba... ni klobasas :-(  ... al castillo no van muchos turistas extranjeros, entonces no hay guías no checos... anda poca gente en esta época, por lo que es muy agradable visitarlo. Está cerca del lago Machovo Jezero (12km)

Notes: In the castle there are toilets, but they are not recomended for girls (do you know what I mean?) It is better to use restorant´s ones... It is imposible to find food or beer... 

This castle is not visited for a lot of foreigners tourist, so there aren´t English speakers guides... It is nice that you are not going to find so many people visiting Bezdez, I like it :-), and the last thing is that Bezdez is very close to Machovo lake :-)
